How do you overcome the fear of failure?

I always wanted to build my own company and have been very ambitious. 9 months ago, I decided to step out of my comfort zone by quitting my good position as head of sales for an international start-up. The idea was to push myself to action in order to achieve this ambition. The problem is I’m facing the fear of failure which leads me to procrastination and inertia. I feel completely blocked.

  1. When you what to quit a job or start something new you are always afraid of the unknown, what you need to do just believe in yourself, work hard and have faith that whatever you are doing is going to work.

  1. The best way to overcome the fear of failure is to allow myself to try new things and fail so that I can learn from what led to the failure. The benefits I will gain from that will justify the failure and give me the strength to accept new challenges in future.
