How is mental health affecting the youth in our society today?

A lot of us are going through societal pressures that we may or may not have control of.
The lack of jobs and the notion that we should have accomplished certain milestones at a particular age are driving us crazy. Who can we talk to?
Therapy is expensive and most of us are not comfortable opening up to our parents or friends. What can we do about this? Feel free to engage.

  1. With the high level of unemployment in Kenya mental health have deteriorated amongst youth and has led to rise in drug abuse the youth have no control of their lives and one cannot even predict how the future will be

  1. At the end of the day, i think the best answer is those closest to us i.e those who know us in length since they are the ones capable of rendering advice and help that will benefit us in the long run
