How is mental health affecting the youth in our society today?

A lot of us are going through societal pressures that we may or may not have control of.
The lack of jobs and the notion that we should have accomplished certain milestones at a particular age are driving us crazy. Who can we talk to?
Therapy is expensive and most of us are not comfortable opening up to our parents or friends. What can we do about this? Feel free to engage.

      we have a lot of mental problems at the moment because of lack of jobs,poor up bringing which leads to youths indulging into drugs, crime and all social evils. this really has an impact to the society because youths are the next generation so when they are affected we will not have the next generation

      With the high level of unemployment in Kenya mental health have deteriorated amongst youth and has led to rise in drug abuse the youth have no control of their lives and one cannot even predict how the future will be
