What do we want of a partner in the 21st century?

  • 1

We’re in a day and age where everything is evolving so rampantly and things go by without our noticing the sudden shift and change in the paradigm. Seeing as the dating world is not one to be left behind, it makes me pose questions like: What do we actually want our partners to be like to us?

Do we still continue with the age-old traditions that have been imparted into most of us or do we adapt to the new world order in terms of relationships? What kinds of traits are acceptable of a partner to you? As a man, what would make you feel you’ve gotten the right fit? As a woman, what would make you feel giddy, loved and wanted?

Personally, I would want a partner who is considerate, caring, loving, not stingy, God fearing and most of all, a very romantic guy. I need someone who is fun to be with, not the gloomy type

A good patner should have respect and ready to perform her chores as expected of her. A hood patner should be ready to share her ideas or opinion on some things. She should be ready to talk and find solutions whenever they have a problem

Love in the 21st century is both the same and different; mutating interestingly as we try to reconfigure it for lives led at a different speed, but its power is undiminished, its grip on our hearts and record collections as strong as ever. But here’s the thing: while all the world loves a lover, nobody loves a couple.
