Who is to blame for rising number of tenagers infected with HIV?

Four teens infected with HIV weekly in Uasin Gishu — report.

Turbo and Kapseret sub-counties contributed to 50 percent of the new infections.

The report also established that new HIV infections among adolescents in the county increased by 16 percent from 158 in 2015 to 184 this year.

Dr. Masha said it was unfortunate that adolescents are mostly affected.

The society shuns on unwanted teenage pregnancies and I feel teenagers partake in sexual intercourse with the aim of not getting pregnant which leads to a lot of teenage abortions to be honest. The society shuns on unwanted teenage pregnancies and I feel teenagers partake in sexual intercourse with the aim of not getting pregnant which leads to a lot of teenage abortions to be honest. I feel like sex Ed in Kenya doesn’t really emphasize on STIs and HIV/AIDs until campus when there’s a compulsory unit on it but it should be taught earlier like form 1 early cause adolescence is usually at a peak in high school
