in most cases we have addressed girls during mentorships on teenage pregnancy, yet the number seems to be increasing, do you think boy child involvement in fighting this is important?

It is very important. Pregnancy involves both the boychild and the girlchild. Involving the boychild will go a long way in fighting teenage pregnancy.

Boychild ivolvement is essential since the girls do not get themselves pregnant and once Boys understand the dynamics of parenting and teen pregnancy they are likely to act more responsibly and avoid such instances

sure, a times if this guys have to understand the effects and impact they cause, they would really take responsibility and i guess they will be the first champions against teenage pregnancy

Yes, the boychild should be involved in mentorship on teenage pregnancies. The result happen because a girl and a boy were involved in sexual contact. Both genders should be invoved in solving the problem. This will definately help decrease the rising teenage pregnancy cases.

Very much.. as much as we may educate the girl, leaving boychild out of mentorship sessions will not empower them to understand women, support women practise healthy sexual choices and understand how they play a big role in the rising teen pregnancies.

Generally society neglects boys as they are supposed to be able to ‘handle’ whatever is thrown at them. This article sheds light on the phenomena in a South African context where the rates of femicide are some of the highest in the world

Am in love with the article, there is light in their, forgeting and neglecting to talk about the perpetrators yet the cases increases day in day out, wont be helping, addressing them as well is very important.
