I would prefer underpaid rather than overrated. When you are overrated then there’s a lot of expectations that one need to meet hence more pressure to meet the expectations.
I’d rather people appreciate my skills even if I don’t get the pay that I should be getting.
Which is pretty much my life at the moment.
