What are some of the best characteristics of a great artist?

I miss the days when Kenyan artists were globally recognized, always had activities planned out for the masses and did fear to invest in their art.
I’m a firm believer that talent and character will take you where all your connections and papers will never.

  2. In music an artist must be versatile enough to perform in a live audience. Auto-tune has made many artists career but I don't fully connect to that artificial sound as art. I appreciate and respect more the truly talented musicians and composers.

  2. Having a great studio voice and being able to do live performances is a gem. If you can also dance and speak and do more than just sing, your value and worth is increased. Art is about entertainment today and if you nail that you can have a better career than the more talented.
