Do you struggle with saying No?

I can’t stress enough, the importance of having healthy boundaries. We get to a point where we realize that sometimes, pleasing people will come at an expense of letting go of a moral, value or belief that you have. So I’m learning in the kindest of ways to uphold my character. And when someone is leading me somewhere that doesn’t align to the vision I have for myself, I want to be able to say NO! Please note that this is a full Sense “No!” means something and it’s time some of us learned to use this to protect our inner peace ✌️ What are some of the ways you build healthy boundaries?

  1. I struggle saying no to people I really love and care about. Even when logic suggests otherwise, my soft spot for people I love makes me see beyond that. It can be unhealthy when these people don't have a boundary but when they are also there for you and would do the same, it doesn't even matter.

  1. I can be blunt with my no so to avoid unnecessary stress I avoid situations that lead to a yes or no and when they come I don't hesitate to say no. In some instances, I give an explanation but most time it is followed with an awkward silence which I dread. I always say no when I mean to.
