Mental health refer to ability of being sound mentally and emotionally. l have spoken about it with my friends and family members since we had a scenario where a family member committed suicide as a result of mental health related issues.
Mental health includes our emotional,psychological, and social well-being.It affects how we think,feel and act.It also helps determine how we handle stress,relate to others,and make healthy choices.
Stress, depression and anxiety are some of the causes of mental health. If we manage to control the three, we will have reduced possible mental health cases that could have arisen in future. Mental health can be controlled if realised at early stages
