In my opinion, if a man truly love a woman unconditionally, he will not mind if she has a child or not but on the other hand there are other men who do mind. l think, as long as there is love, there is nothing that can make a man or a woman to change mind.

It depends on the circumstances under which she got pregnant. If it was through infidelity then it a big NO for me.
If you’re sure the baby isn’t yours and you can’t father him/her, please go with your instinct. Confess your feelings about it towards her without fearing the outcome.
