How will artificial intelligence affect the evolution of human consciousness?

From the days when the calculatlr became mainstream, our work has increasingly been made easier. The problem is we may not draw the line that says when this dependancy has become too much. A.I. is slowly taking over the thinking aspect of humanity by doing our jobs better and handling risky situations without our usual human error and bias. As it develops, we are giving it more and more responsibility and roles in our daily lives to the point thag we may be rendered obsolete. What effect has A.I. had on you and how is that affecting your independent thought process?

It may have a negative impact on our social lives in the longrun and we have none but ourselves to blame for anything that’s coming for us. Quick adoption and patching of potential issues needs to be a priority to safeguard the final users of A.I. who are not in a position to read the fine print.
