I lost my dad afew months back and it hasn’t been easy. I’ve experienced so much sleepless nights until one day I decided to go to his graveyard to talk to him. It really did work because from then on I started having proper sleep and I made it a routine to speak to him every time I go home.. Though it’s better now, there is still a hole in my heart that can never be filled. I miss you daddy😭
