what do you think is considered impossible now that might be normalised in the future.

so today I was watching as they unveiled gpt 4.0 it showed off some amazing capabilities that were considered science fiction not long ago. someone from 1850 would never beleive that man could fly let alone fly in a container that’s almost the size of the largest building he has ever seen.(since the largest plane now is bigger than most bulding built in the 19th century). what do you think the future jas in store for us.

They’ve existed longer than us, they’ve most likely been through more.

I do understand being young is the prime time of beauty, while growing old and developing wrinkles is considered less attractive. Shaming elders for this is just another form of body shaming.

You’ll grow old and wrinkly one day too, will you be laughing then?

I am honestly baffled that this is extremely common in our day and age

Resurrecting the dead. Hear me out on this one… with technology like artificial intelligence that can capture all your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, all that is left is a way to keep your body healthy by slowing down or preventing the aging process. If that can be done with synthetic bodies that can host our main faculties then the age of life after death or immortality is the next big step for humanity. Think about it, the reason we can’t travel to other galaxies is because of the great distance… like by the time we get there it will ve beyond our lifetime. If we can break this limitation the space exploration will become as common as traveling to another country.
