Which is the most destructive sexual addiction?

Both masturbation and pornography can be very addictive to the point of affecting real relationships in exchange of the cheap and instant dopamine they provide. Though they go hand in hand, like masturbating usualy leads to the consumption of porn and watching porn also leads to developing a need to masturbate, they are two different addictions with their own effects. Which of them is more destructive and should be avoided more than the other?
