Granted, being a Kenyan currently is a challenging affair if everything going on with our politicians and governance is anything to go by. However, what is that one thing that makes you feel a little less mad?

We are diverse according to ethnicity but we always have a way of standing together as one when there is a common enemy such as starvation.
There are things and habits that are hard to “remove” as a Kenyan no matter where you reside. 😂. In My country
-We call every toothpaste Colgate
We don’t care 😂😂😂
-We call every insecticide DOOM we can’t help it😜😜😋
-We call every detergent OMO
It’s’s in our DNA 😂
-We point at an empty chair and ask “who’s sitting there?”
We are like that 😜😜
We can’t help it
-We all know that Sim 1 must always be Safaricom
It’s in our DNA😂😂😂
-When KPLC takes light we go out and check if its the whole street
We are like that 😂😂
-We use a bar soap until it looks like a simcard
We don’t have a problem 😊😊
-We buy something, skip instructions and ask neighbors how it’s used
We don’t care 😂😂😂😂😂
-We withdraw money from an ATM then count it before going,we don’t trust anybody not even a machine made by man 😂😂😂😂😂😂
-We lock the car then try to open it 2 times before going..
We are courteous 😂😂😂😂
– When someone bath he’s/she’s asked “where are you going to?” 🤣🤣🤣😂😂🤣😂
We are like that 😂
We can’t change we are who we are…we are Kenyans 🚶🚶🚶🚶🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪
kenya is a free country. i love the way kenyans can create you or destroy you when needed. Especially kenyans on twitter superpowers, they make me feel proud of being one of them
The unity that exists among the citizens especially when they are facing some challenges. People join hands and assist those who are in need
Kenyans may attack each other on social media depending on political affiliations but when there is need to, we always stand together as one against an external enemy.
Despite the fact that kenya has 42 tribes, it is one of the most peaceful country in Africa. Whenever we face challenges such as terrorism, the whole nation comes as one and find solutions to the problem. Kenyans enjoy a lot of freedom too
This is a tough question. Especially one that’s asked when there’s the BBI non-sense and our doctors dying on a daily basis because they lack PPE etc. The thing that makes me a little less mad is seeing brilliant Kenyans being appreciated on a global scale for their skills, like Larry Madowo and Elsa Majimbo. I love when Kenyans achieve things because truth be told there are so many brilliant Kenyans out there but also so many barriers to overcome that are built for them to fail. So the few that actually ‘beat’ the system gives me some hope? I like knowing that even if my country doesn’t give me opportunities, I can’t give up. Because what if Larry and Elsa did?
I’m manifesting the powers Elsa and Larry did next year. It’s gratifyingly good to see fellow Kenyans succeed in a global scare innit?
