Can digital media offer free basic education for everyone?

  • 0

Uhuruto government promised laptops for primary school children and was even called the digital duo. Google came in as a partner in a related program to make access to information more affordable. These two projects failed but is there a chance that the new google workspace can be integrated for free primary education? Private schools already use it because they have the infrastructure and manpower. Will a government program on a nation scale solve access to education?

Yes, during corona period when all the learning institutions close their operations physically, many learning institutions embrace goggle meet to continue with classes as well as the exams and it was very helpful.

It is possible but we cannot ignore the financial implications. It would not make sense for such a program to be a priority while people are starving out there.
