      Tribalism and nepotism continue to thrive in most sectors in Kenya. Leaders do everything possible to make their tribesmen benefit. It’s a selfish way of thinking when one is in a position of leadership.

      I think that we are now heading towards the right direction. Leaders are no longer appointing their tribesmen for bigger jobs but rather balancing among all the Kenyan tribes. We are not yet there fully, but we are heading towards the right direction.
