Mentorship has always been part of our lifestyle. It was automatically embedded into the age set systems which were replaced mostly by schools which are forced to focus more on rote learning than on mentorship. This culture leaks into the corporate and political circles making it hard to foster not only mentorship but also partnership, support systems, and opposition.
