Disrespect in a relationship can be served in many different ways. Some termed lesser than other but all in all, it still is disrespect. It could be your partner failing to communicate about things or communicating less only means they feel they are so above that unless given a really valid reason. Them not apologising for hurting you and instead gaslight you… this is actually a toxic trait in a relationship. When your partner starts to throw harsh words at you or shaming you when you are arguing, that should underline the disrespect you are looking to see. Some people might defend their partners saying they weren’t that way before. So they wait for them to change. Even worse, still try to find closure when they break up. I’m here to tell you this, the disrespect was the closure. At least that’s what I think. Whichever way it was served, we call it as it is.

We all know that first impressions are vital and impact people’s perspective of one. But giving someone a second chance to defend or cancel the first impression is what I’d go for. Even in a scenario of making a mistake, someone is given a second chance. A mistake becomes a mistake if repeated. But if corrected, I won’t view it as one. So I’ll use the same perspective before judging. I think we should give second chances but take into consideration that some people can pull us down harder if given a second chance. The thing about second chances is they’ll either prove you right or wrong.

People go through difficult situations in their loves that can mess up their mental health, emotional strength, sometimes physical being if and when it comes to that. In this era it’s so hard to share your problems with people close to you like friends or family. The Internet has normalised toxic characters of handling problems that some people can’t resort to. People might live to keep up with the fake lives on the Internet for instance and when they can no longer fit, they become depressed and not talk about it. Things piling up to stress one up usually explode at a certain point and they may take a wrong turn. When someone can’t seem to find a solution to their life problems or even emotional ones, they find suicide being the easier way out. This usually is done by youths more than any other age bracket, say in our country. We have lost so many young people to suicide because they can’t speak up, the Internet is ready to trash people who show weakness whatsoever.

Most young people don’t know what to give or expect in a relationship except for financial support and sex for that matter. Most guys under 30 years have not yet stabilised financially but are expected to make ends meet and at the same time support their partner. When they have a misunderstanding they start weighing out and realising that besides intimacy they are gaining nothing more from each other. And ladies on the other hand move where they are benefiting financially (though not all). We should be looking at this differently. Find a friend first then a partner would be safe to have in them. Find someone who you can build a life with. Someone you can talk life, business etc. Someone who helps you fix yourself and not one who overlooks them. Learn from each other, have constructive relationships. Also young people shouldn’t take breaking up as the first solution instead of staying and fixing what’s broken. Working things out sometimes is better than walking out because how many times will you be walking out? Not that one should stay in a toxic relationship…

In most cases, old souls are low-key depressed. They are mainly introverts and tend not to talk about their problems to the people around them. They are somehow wise and act more mature than the people third age. This affects them because they barely interact with their age group or so. They are great thinker and so analyse situations more and tend to retrieve themselves from the world. They prefer their own world because they trust they are fine as at that. In real sense they need exposure to some different kind of approach in life. They get depressed because they are not able to view life as others view it. I think old souls are the most affected by depression.

Many people are scared to start over. It’s never easy to let go of what you are used to just so you can start all over again. People, moreso ladies, tend to prefer holding on and giving their partner time to change their hurtful behaviours.
Also people are scared to love again. The thought of that makes them want to stay in their toxic relationships, rather than leave and find someone else. Making that step isn’t easy for most people.
You could be so much in love, that you fail to realize that you are actually getting hurt by the one you love. You take it as “they love me so much and that’s why they are acting up like this”. Which is a bad concept to stick by. You’ve been blinded by your feelings for your partner.
Others even go ahead and say that I did this wrong and that they deserve that as punishment. They take it as an act of correcting their wrongs even if it was minor and didn’t deserve that treat. It’s so wrong and people should open their eyes wider to see the bigger picture here.
Walk out of a toxic relationship before we totally lose you.

Some people get married due to pressure from their parents. They rush into marriage without really knowing their partner inside out and also not considering if they are really ready to be committed to their spouse.
Others go through the trouble of agreeing with their parents, who have arranged a marriage for them with the family of their spouse. If this happens, one may not want to be with the arranged partner and therefore will not be able to commit to them.
Some people just neglect this call once they get married because they see that they have already shown the world that they have someone and they don’t need to show more to that. It’s a challenge some people in marriages face.
I tend to think we should really be sure of what we want, how we want it, and who we want, before settling down to start a family. This is because that is a life decision that is expected to be maintained before man and God.

We need to educate our children’s on this infertility matter so that they have an open mind about it when growing up. Infertility can be experienced by both genders. We tend to blame it on the women because of the belief in the societies. That it is always the woman who is barren. We don’t realize that even put men can be unable to impregnate a woman. It’s so sad how women get traumatized and sad when sometimes it’s their husbands who have low sperm count and are therefore unable to impregnate them. When a couple is unable to have kids, both the partners should get checked before blaming the woman. That is so mythical and outdated in our current society. The world is changing and so should we. We can leave myths and misconceptions behind and start dealing with science and facts.

I believe most straight people especially the elderly, tend not to let those who aren’t, be. They stuck on culture and all that, making them view lesbians, gays etc as a really wrong practice. We are in a century where we need to accept people as they are, given they are not affecting us in any way. African parents could go to an extent of disowning their children just because they are in love with someone of the same sex as they are. They don’t fancy them and barely accept them. The thought of living with it can give them a stroke. They think of how they will be viewed and judged by the community, not knowing they are also part and parcel of that same community.
Also, religion does not allow that kind of relationship and so those who are deep into religion ie. christianity, could never allow such an act to come from their own. The forbid it and rebuke it in all manners.
These are some of the reasons why members of LGBTQ are not left to love what they love in peace.

Gengetone music has its pros and cons.

On the good side, the young people doing this kind of music can be able to listen to music with a kind of language they prefer and understand best. Also, they get engaged in music and crime rates reduce though slightly. This kind of music hits majorly in Kenya due to the ” the sheng’ ” involved and how people actually relate to the music content in real life.
On the negative side, it portrays how women are meant to be submissive in the African society majorly. Quite a bad picture for this generation where we are trying to empower women.
This kind of music also has explicit content and harsh language that isn’t advised for younger kids to listen to. They’ll adapt and grow in it, knowing it’s no wrong. But in real sense it build some bad characters that can’t be avoided by kids of lesser age who just follow blindly.
But all in all, it’s kenyan music and promoting it is of great value to the music industry.

The student was clearly out of it when he wanted to take that step and attack the president of a nation. Evidently, he feels obliged to step up in that way because he doesn’t feel taken care of as a student and as a citizen too. There is alot he would want to say and would be easier if someone would air out the matters eating him up rather than lashing him out. He might have had a bad approach but he ought to be listened to and things acted upon instead if condemning him. I don’t think it’s right to term him as mad. I’m neither in support of his approach to the matter nor against it. I just think he needs to be listened to. A softer approach can be used besides violence. At least, I believe that.

Here in Africa, women have been demanding gender equality in public life and that includes leadership roles. Women have proven to be able to lead diligently especially during times of crisis across continents. They handle tough situations as they have been seen to be critical problem solvers who are responsive and effective when crisis hits.
Africa harnesses women’s knowledge and skills are all levels of problem solving. We have even seen women leaders including presidents in different countries in Africa. By this, we realize that women leadership is not a new phenomenon in Africa but something that the continent has been positive about. Some would say this is a way of being diverse and reclaiming the continents future too.

If you ask me, it should involve growth, exposure and maturity at large. We should consider the above when defining the true cycle of life. Someone’s way of thinking and how they handle or deal with problems is what really defines their life or growth. As far as I’m concerned, this topic is diverse. It goes beyond our noses.

Also most of them lack leadership and management skills and end up going down eventually.
    3. Choosing the right business to venture into is also a challenge being faced by young founders. Most lack the real exposure about the business and end up choosing one without considering its nature and all.

Natural products and supplements are being sold to women to help them with their fibroids problem. I have seen women recommending other women to try out as it worked well for them.
