Why does laying in bed all day feel so good?

  • 2

Working hard is a celebrated thing in today’s society but there’s no disputing what an afternoon siesta can do to you after a long stretch of work.

Still, any form of relaxation inside the official hours is frowned upon.

How did laying in bed during the day become a vice and will ethical laziness find its way back into our culture?

It’s because when we sleep, our bodies produce a hormone named melatonin which makes us feel relaxed and comfortable.

Our bodies need rest in order to function well, therefore when you accomplish what you have set your mind to do, when you relax you feel good.

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Rest is a very essential thing for any human being. For one’s brain yo work well, he need sometime to rest. Having to lay on the bed for a whole day feels good since the body and the brain will be relaxing. This will help someone be very active when he resumes to his work.
