Apartment are places where people after a long , tiresome day resort to their homes for some silent rest free from the Hussle and bustle of the day. With the recent spark of events that caused an uproar from Robert Alai citing that clubs should be away from residential places, has made him face a backlash from many.Is it prudent to have clubs within residential places and are the city planners sleeping on their jobs ?

I think Alai is right. Clubs should be nowhere near residential buildings owing to the noise pollution they create.
