Female contraception.

  • 1

Contraception helps in reducing the burden of unplanned pregnancies, help women to take charge of their fertility and encouraging smaller families. Though they have positive advantages, most of them have are hormonal and have bad side effects. The hormonal ones are cheaper and easily accessible. The IUD coil is the best non hormonal contraceptive but i think that there should be more introduction to non hormonal contraceptives.
What are your thoughts on this..?

I think when it comes to family planning, before you settle on any option, I think it is important for you to visit a gynecology to explain to you all the available options and some of the side effects of each method. From there, you can be able to settle the best option for your body.
