Reading, watching movies, listening to music, studying the bible especially the verses that address the issues of worry, anxiety and fear, since all these affect our mental well-being.

At times I have a list at times I don’t and at I flow with the current need of my mind and energy.
One of the best exercise for physical and to an extent mental refreshment is Swimming. Well, am still catching up with my swimming ability.

Away from general list that almost anyone will give you an answer if asked, is to know your up and down metrics on your body and mental fatigue or joy.My first point wouldn’t be a recommendation on what list and exercise are fit for your mental and physical well being but for you to draft a list or explore what makes you happy, sad, takes away your energy , gets you excited/cocky/on top of the world, turns you off; And what people (family, friends, colleagues, crush, lover(s), Bf, organisation) makes your happy and brings the best in you and whom among the aforementioned drains you.Stick to the ones that brings the glow in you and minimise/avoid/blacklist the drainers after an evaluation.

From the above then you will have an easy flow of the list to do that will align to what makes you happy (from the above immediate paragraph). They will catalyse the process.
Note: With time your list (the two list) will have to change as others remain constant due to change of circumstance, environment, the goals you had with a place or person or upgrade of character and socio- economic prowess.
