A lot of people who are househelps suffer abuse in silence. In the name of reprimanding them, some housekeepers will give them bad and wicked punishment. Househelps receive very little wages and work under very comfortable conditions. I want to understand why some housekeepers do this. Are they not aware that they are abusing the rights of these househelps?
Some bosses are just inhuman, they think that househelps are desperate hence they can treat them the way they wish. Some overwork them and and end up paying them little money or sometimes delay their salaries.
I see a dynamic that involves hiring someone and then integrating them into your social life, especially for live in househelps. The complexity that defines human beings probably is conflicted when trying to separate the two. Maybe therein lies the problem. my thoughts.
Humanity?. Some people are just inhuman and maybe it’s coz of what they went through as they grew up. Sometimes it ain’t their fault.
And also money is also a factor, some people with money just become inhuman coz they think money will always do everything for them, that they can buy anything they want?. Toxic personalities
It all depends on how someone was raised. Most people do not appreciate their househelps because they were taught to look down on others.
most employers think their workers are less fortunate and its just right to take them for granted which is wrong. No human whether less or more fortunate should subject the other to suffering just because they think they are better themselves
Some people don’t consider their househelps as human beings just as them. This is very wrong since they should enjoy the same human rights as their bosses. Some bosses are good to their househelps though, and they treat them right.
