Nairobi’s Central Business District is becoming a no go zone for many unless it is unavoidable. The few people who dare explore this city, either get caught in traffic, encounter pickpockets, experience the dreaded kanjo, and hope you went to the bathroom before leaving home. The business minded ness of people on the streets has made them look like robots. Creative teenagers who take pictures are labeled terrorists and locked up but still head back every week. The flowing traffic of humanity makes it look like a raging ocean where everyone is chasing the bag. Is this the way to go and what will it take to transform this city.
