In light of the awareness of women’s rights and feminism sparked by social media advocates, can one say that the glass ceiling barrier has been eradicated or still poses a problem that can reduce the productivity of women at the place of work?
The glass ceiling is will remain for as long as there are people in the community being treated unfairly without anyone doing anything about it. There has been commendable progress over the years and more needs to be done for all marginalised groups.
