My why is to change the mindset of young people to stop thinking about looking for jobs and create jobs through entrepreneurship or starting businesses.

This is driven from my belief that if 50% of university graduates graduated with a stable income-generating business, we could have created more than enough jobs for the remaining 50% hence achieving my vision of creating jobs, eradicating poverty, and make Kenya a self-sustaining nation.
